ABIODUN AYINDE -President / CEO

He is a chartered accountant; UK trained Information Technology auditor and a graduate from the University of Lagos where he bagged BSc (Hons.) Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) - Financial Management. He also attended the London Guidhall University, United Kingdom for MSc degree in Computer Systems Auditing and the London Metropolitan University with a doctorate degree – Ph D, his research areas are Corporate Governance, Audit practice and Business Failure.
He is a fellow and council member of Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors UK and Ireland with a Certificate in Computer Auditing Theory (CCAT) and a professional Qualification in Computer Systems Auditing (QiCA). He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Institute of Chartered Accountants and member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

He is the Founder and Pioneer Managing Director of Wyse Associates, Limited (a Professional Accounting Tuition house based in Lagos) – with over 40 diets professional accounting lecturing experience. With a fulfilling work history spanning 25 years in Nigeria and United Kingdom, he has been involved in Internal Audit assignments in Northern Europe, Canada, South America, USA, Asia, Gabon, Nigeria, Angola and Equatorial Equinea; Sarbanes Oxley Consulting, Tax Management and Administration, Accountancy, Insolvency, and Corporate Governance.

He has worked with GEMS Consulting Limited, Universal Trust Bank Plc. Standard Trust Bank Plc. National Rail London UK, London Development Agency UK, Acergy UK Limited at various managerial positions before commencing a Business Consultancy outfit – Mc FORD CONSULTING, a management consultancy firm based in Lagos, London and Chicago.

He participated in the issuance of $500 million 2.25 per cent Convertible Note (2007 – 2013) listed on the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for companies quoted on Luxembourg stock exchange. He has managed various Cost and Management Accounting Consulting assignments. He has also worked with US SEC examiners and lawyers in compilation and filing of forms 6-K, 20-F for NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange quoted companies. Facilitated expatriate tax consultancy project for Lagos State Board of Internal Revenue Services, Consult for Lagos State Treasury Office and the Office of Accountant-General of the Federation on Financial Reporting and Implementation of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) among other assignments.

Biodun Yusuf - Executive Director

Biodun graduated with first class Honour degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also bagged an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University- Ile ife. He has over 20 years working experience that cover Audit, Consultancy practice, Accounting and Banking.

He has worked for Deloitte Adetona Ishichei & Co. (Chartered Accountants), AW Consultants, Geco-Prackler (a subsidiary of Schlumberger oil servicing), and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and First Atlantic Bank Plc before commencing Audit and Consulting services- Mc ford Consulting limited.

He is a fellow member and council member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and a fellow of the institute of Chattered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) He is also an Associates member of Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Jalillah Ismail-Ayinde - Executive Vice President

A US trained Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years work experience. Jalillah has been the Internal Auditor with the US Department of Transportation where she carried out various assignments which include audit of US Highway Trust Fund Financial Statements and US Department of Transportation Consolidated Financial Statements, evaluation of Operating Administrations Financial Statements, facilitating US Office of Inspector-General Investigations, review of US Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Grants and Compensation, evaluate Economy, Efficiency and Effectiveness of Department of Transportation's Internal Controls over Financial Reporting among other compliance and attestation assignments. Before joining the US Department of Transportation in 1999, she was the senior accountant with Insignia/ESG - a real estate brokage and property management firm based in Washington DC, USA.

Jalillah studied at the University of the District of Columbia - Washington DC; Bowie University - Maryland USA where she bagged Bachelor of Business Administrationa and Accounting; Masters of Business Administration (Accounting) and Master of Arts in Administrative Management. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a CPA licensed in the District of Columbia and a fellow member of Greater Washington Society of CPAs (GWSCPA).

Jalillah is the Partner in charge of the Public Sector engagements, Forensic Audit and Analysis.

Peter Otuyele - Associate Vice President

Peter is a professional accountant with degrees in Accountancy and Finance from Ogun State University Ago Iwoye, Nigeria and Southbank University , London , England . Before joining Mc Ford Consulting Limited, he has worked as an Executive Director with Century21 Consulting Limited (UK) for over 6 years with experience in management accounting, tax administration and audit practice.

He is an experienced IT Auditor having led various IT Management Audit and Control projects in London , Luxembourg and China . He coordinates business control development and strategy for corporations at the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ for compliance and attestation.

He currently heads the Technology Audit and Risk Management business unit, based in London. He is a member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors UK and Ireland .

Olatunde Olanrewaju - Associate Director

Olatunde Olanrewaju is a member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, UK and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an affiliate member of Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society, USA. An accounting and finance graduate of Middlesex University, London, Olanrewaju is a versatile financial and business professional with broad domestic and international experience in planning, leadership, finance and accounting.

Over the years, he has brought his vast business and management experience to bear in organizations as Point Group based in the United Kingdom, Safaris Car Rental, London and Steiner Company Inc., Chicago where he served as Assistant Controller. He also worked at Kupferberg, Goldberg and Neimark, LLC, One of Chicago's Top 20 public accounting and auditing firm as Senior Auditor before joining Principal Manufacturing Corporation, Chicago as Controller. As a resource person, his expertise is clearly felt in areas as Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting (Capital and operational) Tax Planning and Compliance, Investor Relations, Management Information Technology, Risk Management, Audit and Compliance, Treasury and Cash Management.

Kamil Omoteso - Associate Consultant

Kamil is a chartered accountant. He graduated from the University of Lagos, Nigeria – B Sc. (Hons.) Accounting and a M Sc. in Accounting.

Dr Kamil Omoteso is a Senior Lecturer in Acounting at Leicester Business School, De Montfort University, Leicester, United Kingdom. He teaches Financial Accounting, Auditing and Integrated Management on the undergraduate and professsional (ACCA/CIMA) programmes. His research interests include Accounting Information Systems, Audit Automation and ICT Impact on organizations.
