We play the role of Business Control Specialist to ensure business operational risk management is designed to encourage a risk mindset culture; risk catergorisation and definition of mitigating controls; enterprise transparency and effective execution of risk reduction initiatives; identifying emerging risks which could affect significant operations within the organization processes; drive the capabilities required to implement effective and consistent mitigation efforts within widely diverse businesses.
We also act as a strategic planning partner for the business including leadership around the Business Unit controls and strategies, initiative planning and analyse financial implications of Business Unit decisions.
